It’s another Bar Cart, and this time we welcome Michelle Merlo! She is a mixologist and food enthusiast, and we cannot wait to have her mixing and shaking cocktails behind the bar.

Michelle is an experienced mixologist, bartender, author, dancer… she wears many hats and wears each of them extremely well. She has curated a menu of a few classic cocktails, and has gathered together a playlist of Avant-garde Art Pop (Bowie, Roxy Music, Velvet Underground…) for a retro-glam evening.
