Emily Juette is the first working mixologist and bartender to be a guest behind our bar for Bar Cart Night! She is a beverage architect and cocktail expert at our neighbor’s bar / restaurant across the street – Més Que. Known for her unique and creative concoctions, Em will be making drinks based on retro tropical elixirs from the past – but with an updated twist! And, she has curated a playlist for the evening of everything metal!

Emily is a cat mom, Lord of the Rings expert, mushroom afcionado, avid cook / foodie, and loves goth dresses. Welcome Em as she shakes and mixes a few of her updated favorite tropical cocktail classic behind our bar. And, she doubles as “DJ” playing her selections of  everything metal – ranging from heavy to alternative, to Swedish death metal.
