WINE. CHOCOLATE. CHEESE

The Lounge at Revolution Gallery will be open Valentine’s Day from noon to 4:00pm for guests to come and pickup their wine / chocolate / cheese orders. Friendly reminder: please make sure you have proof of id when picking up these alcohol and food purchases. Thank you!

Chocolates are created by BLUE TABLE CHOCOLATE– their “Zombie” Truffle collection (an anti-Valentine’s Day chocolate box. And, in their own words…“Maybe Valentine’s Day for you and yours isn’t about flowers and teddy bears. Maybe it’s about your squad. Maybe the most intimate and romantic gesture you can make for your significant other is a deeply cynical, ‘let’s watch the world burn together’ type gift. If so, have we got the anti-valentine’s day collection for you. Two alcoholic inspired truffles, absent any of the expected sacchrine romance. Our ‘Zombie’ piece starts with a pineapple, lime, and apricot brandy house-made jelly over a dark chocolate ganache made with a blend of white, dark, and gold rum. Next to this is our ‘Black Widow’ truffle, with a blend of St. Germaine elderflower liquor, pear brandy, coconut water and lemon juice, spiked with a kick of arbol chilies.”

The French and Italian wines are by Cuvée Imports (thank you, Eric Frick), and the Spanish wines are by M.S. Walker (thank you, Mark Strassel). Each accompanying cheese board is complimentary in flavors to enhance the wines you have chosen.

The Dark Valentine’s Day “Tea for Two” box is back in stock, too!
