Guitarist Joseph Mahfoud used the pandemic lockdown in 2020 as an opportunity to rebuild his classical training and refined his latent talent to emerge as a solo nylon-string guitarist. He has amassed a wide repertoire which juxtaposes modern virtuoso arrangements of rock tunes against historical masterpiece compositions.

The program will include 2 sets with arrangements of classical guitar and popular music. Mahfound will present brief explanations of the most pertinent aspect of the pieces and a foray into many other recognizable popular arrangements
