French and Italian Varietals with Eric Frick

Wednesday  |  February 3rd • 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Prepayment is required – $50.

As part of our “Midwinter Melancholia” series – join us for a delicious endeavor to alleviate the gray doldrums of January and February!

The Lounge at Revolution Gallery presents the second event in our virtual wine and cheese tasting series! Eric Frick of Cuvée Imports presents Native Grape Varietals of France and Italy, and the cheeses to pair them with.

This unique two-hour interactive program explores these wine-cheese pairing possibilities, and has a 4 oz. sampling of each of the five wines, and five cheeses. Baguettes made for this event by  Camille Le Caer of Pastry by Camille. Tastings package also includes accompaniments complimentary to the wines, cheese, and region, and a sweet treat. And, as a thank you from The Lounge at Revolution Gallery, each participant receives a 5″x7″ print.

Each participant will pickup their prepaid wine and cheese package between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday (February 3rd). This event is a ZOOM get together at 6:30pm, and an email with the link will be supplied to everyone who has prepaid. Please make sure to include the email address in your payment info.

PARTICIPANTS NEED TO PREPAY for their program by 5:00pm on Monday, February 1st. An email will be sent confirming your order. Masks (properly worn) are required when picking up your wine and cheese package.

Friendly reminder – for those participants who enjoyed the previous week‘s tasting with Mark Strassel, and wanted to purchase full size bottles of the wines from that tasting, you may do so when you pickup your cheese and wine for the February 3rd tasting (all alcohol must be made with a food purchase for compliancy with NYS liquor laws).

This is the second of this three events – please see the other two in the series!
