Join us for an evening of creating with beautiful flowers, enjoying Victorian Era food and drinks. We will briefly discuss a background on Victorian floristry, the visual metaphor of the flowers used, and guests will then create their own Victorian Floral Remembrance Arrangement to take home.

• Lemon Posset – Silky lemon custard gently set with cream, sugar, and dry white wine
• Salmon Sallet – Chilled salmon dressed with macerated onion, herbs and violets
• Mini Warden Pear Pies – Traditional warden-style pear filling, gently spiced and baked in buttery pastry
• Cucumber Sandwiches – An iconic Victorian tea sandwich (cream cheese, fresh dill, and cucumber)
